file21 Team Dekin Player Bio: Detroit Tigers prospect pitcher Scot Drucker Scot Drucker, a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers’ AAA Minor League team, the Toledo Mudhens. Drucker Reports to Spring Training in Lakeland, Fl, around the 1st of March, where he’ll be wearing Dekin performance sports apparel. Throughout spring training and the regular season, Dekin sports will follow Drucker’s progress on the mound, along with other pro baseball players and other professional athletes. Over the next few weeks, we will unveil additional pro baseball players who will be wearing Dekin sportswear,including  mens short sleeve t shirts,  polo shirts and mesh practice shorts.

Drucker,a right handed pitcher,will compete for a spot in the Tigers’ pitching rotation.During the 2009 season, with the Mud Hens, Drucker posted an 8-3 record in 29 games, with 77 strikeouts and an ERA of 4.78 in 113 innings.

Scot-DruckerA native of Miami, Florida, Drucker began his collegiate career at the University of Florida, but transferred to the Gator’s arch-rival in the SEC East – The University of Tennessee. After completing his college career with the Vols, Drucker was drafted by the Oakland A’s in the 2004 draft.

Drucker signed by Detroit on July 28, 2008. During the 2008 minor league season, Drucker pitched for the Grand Prarie AirHogs (Independent) in the American Association. He finished with an 8-3 record and 2.41 ERA (second lowest in the league) limited opponents to a .224 batting average.
